Refund Policy

1. Overview

FateStar is committed to providing high-quality Zi Wei Dou Shu astrology analysis services. We understand that users may have hesitations during their first purchase, and therefore offer a reasonable refund guarantee. This Refund Policy applies to all paid services purchased through official FateStar channels.

2. Refund Window

Within 7 days of purchase, eligible orders may request a full refund. Orders beyond 7 days are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Eligible for Refund

We will process a full refund in the following cases:

• Within 7 days of purchase, with no use of any AI chart generation, astrology reading, or other consumable features
• Technical failures rendering the service unusable, which we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
• Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts caused by our systems

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Due to the nature of digital services, the following are not refundable:

• Use of AI chart generation, astrology reading, or other consumable features (even once)
• Credit packs where any credits have been redeemed or consumed
• Orders purchased more than 7 days ago
• Charges incurred on accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Use
• Promotional, limited-time, or one-time purchase products (clearly marked as non-refundable at checkout)

5. Subscription Refunds

Subscription products are eligible for a full refund if no paid features were used within the 7-day cooling-off period. After 7 days, the current billing period is non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period.

6. How to Request

Please follow these steps to request a refund:

2. Use subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number, registered email, and reason for refund
3. We will respond with a review outcome within 3 business days

7. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are returned via the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Actual arrival time depends on the card issuer or payment provider.

8. Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union (EU) or United Kingdom (UK), you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. If you choose to activate the service and use consumable features during the withdrawal period, this is deemed express waiver of your withdrawal right. Consumers in other regions retain their statutory rights under applicable local law, which this Policy does not limit.
