Welcome to FateStar. By accessing or using our service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. FateStar is an AI-powered digital tool for traditional Chinese philosophy, designed to provide reference-based analysis through Zi Wei Dou Shu chart interpretation.

2. Service Description

FateStar uses artificial intelligence models combined with the traditional framework of Zi Wei Dou Shu to generate chart analysis content for users. All output from this service is for reference purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, or any other form of advice. Users should make independent decisions based on their own circumstances and consult relevant professionals when necessary.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the service require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using this service, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Presenting or selling AI output as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.) to others
• Claiming that AI-generated analysis results have absolute accuracy or predictive power
• Using the service for fraud, scams, or any illegal activities
• Harassing, threatening, discriminating against others, or spreading hateful content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, crack, hack, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the system
• Bulk harvesting, scraping, or systematically downloading content or data from the service
• Uploading files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Using automated tools (bots, crawlers, etc.) to make excessive API calls to the service

5. Credits & Payments

The service uses a credit-based billing system. Free users receive a daily allowance of free credits. Paid users can obtain additional credits through credit packs or subscription plans. Purchased credits are non-refundable (except for eligible accidental-use refunds). Credits have expiration dates, and unused credits will automatically expire. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing and rules with prior notice to users.

6. Intellectual Property

The FateStar brand, interface design, chart engine algorithms, and software code are the intellectual property of our company. Users may freely use and share the personal chart analysis content generated through the service. However, users may not copy, modify, or distribute the software, engine, or core technology of the service.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

The AI output of this service is generated based on the traditional theoretical framework of Zi Wei Dou Shu and artificial intelligence models. It represents a digital presentation of traditional Chinese philosophy and does not constitute fortune-telling, divination, or prediction of fortune or misfortune. AI output may contain inaccuracies, be incomplete, or exhibit bias. Users should not regard it as absolute fact or professional advice. The service bears no responsibility for any decisions or actions users make based on AI output.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We make no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FateStar's total liability to a user exceed the total amount actually paid by the user to the service in the 12 months preceding the dispute. This clause does not exclude statutory liability that cannot be excluded due to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms of Use, prolonged inactivity, suspected fraud, or abusive behavior. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page. After account termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Purchased but unused credits will not be refunded after account termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the last updated date noted. For significant changes, we will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at the location of our company.
